Hello
I’m in the support group for ESA
I’m moving to UC
UC wanted a fit note
My Gp sent me a fit note but wrote I need supervision through out the day but I might me able to do online course
I haven’t sent the fit note yet shall I ask GP to delete were he wrote might be able to do online course

Hi Sarah

Hopefully, your GP will be willing to amend the not. If they don't you can always attach a letter saying why it would not be possible. The GP is merely offering a non - medical opinion and you can refute it.
