ESA renewals

Have just had a call to be given a time and date for a telephone consultation for my ESA I am a bag of nerves, did give as much info which took me over a week to complete form plus did a week of day diary. My mental health has got worse due to covid and more depressed as well as my physical state with fibro and diabetes, plus asthma and IBS just feel vulnerable. Any help or advice would be appreciated as so low ziggi6

We have only had limited feedback on the forum for ESA telephone assessment so I can't give you any specific advice but we have had considerable comment about PIP telephone assessments and there is a guide in our PIP Claim guide that you should have a look at.

The questioning will obviously be about the ESA criteria and there is a section in our ESA Claim guide that covers the questions that you are likely to be asked.
