Working on PIP was created by cats
I am thinking about trying working. I claim PIP for mental health. I may likely lose it soon because they sent me a review form recently, anyway (even though my depression has gotten worse).
Anyway, this may be a stupid question. I know that making a journey at night doesn’t count as being able to make a journey. Would they consider working at night in a similar way?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi cats
There is no such thing as a stupid question.
I have never heard that making a journey at night doesn't count as being able to make a journey, it's a new one to me.
I know numerous claimants who work and claim PIP, it is all down to your condition and how it affects you. I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation; You can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies. advicelocal.uk

Thank you. I will look into that.
I think I misunderstood or described it wrong, but I saw it on page 112 of assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm...essment-criteria.pdf

Hi cats
Thank you for the link, it is on page 116 not page 112, you are correct they are talking about only going out at night, I know a few claimants who fit in this category, they can only go out at night to do any shopping.
In answer to your original question I would say not, as there are numerous occupations that work at night.
