Hi I sent my review form back Special Delivery on Friday. I've checked every day on the Royal Mail website tracking and it says it's "ready for delivery". I've called Royal Rail and they "think that it has probably been delivered" but it's not been updated. Obviously, they can't guarantee it's been delivered even though I paid Special Delivery as it's not been updated as delivered.
How long should I wait before contacting PIP to see if they have my form?
I assume you mean you sent it on Friday 8th October? I would ring the DWP and check as soon as possible and then I would ask for a refund from the Royal Mail as they did not do what you paid for.
