So today we have had the letter - We have an ongoing award of Standard Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility - which is a great result but feel that they have missed the extra support he is now needing with 4 of the Daily Living Activities - He scored 10 points - so need to sit down and think whether to put in MR but it is heading in the right direction.

You could certainly do MR to achieve enhanced daily living. Have a look at the guides and see what extra points should have been awarded. It is perhaps easier to ask for points on a different descriptor than to get DWP to increase an award on an existing one!

Just the last hurdle to go now; a mandatory reconsideration which I know you will approach from the right angle.

Many thanks for your kind words and support over the last couple of months. It has been a journey. Sitting here thinking the same as you just one more hurdle then in the final furlong! We are going to put in the MR but giving myself the weekend off to chill a bit.

The support on here is amazing and the guidance papers have been such a great help, couldn’t have done this without them.
