Sounds like you will get enhanced rate of both. If you don't then put in an MR. No need to do anything until the decision notice arrives. As per BIS and Catherine, don't try and argue anything at present. Follow the motto, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!".
Again, as Catherine said, once 12 points have been scored in either component, the law actually says there is no requirement for DWP to consider further descriptors, so it may appear things have been forgotten but in reality don't need to be scored.
Anyway, fingers crossed for the expected award. Let us know what happens.
