Hi All I am due my Pip renewal anytime and since the last award I have had to take early retirement due to ill health! Also I have had weight loss surgery and wonder wether I would have to inform them of this? My weight has always been a problem but since losing weight I do not feel my Osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia has improved! The only thing that has improved is that my high blood pressure tablets have been stopped!
It's obviously up to you what you put on your form, but it is major surgery so I would include it. Just be very careful how you word any information you put on the form. Don't say "I don't feel my osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia have not improved" - Say "they have not improved" - saying "I don't feel" (which you may have only written here) - leaves it open to question and you know how quickly they will jump on any sense of doubt.
