Emailing Capita was created by anne3427
I've sent two emails to Capita, they say the first one wasn't received so I sent a second one and rung them a few minutes later to check that they'd got it - they confirmed they had. But both of the emails have disappeared from my Outlook sent box. Is this something that anyone else is experiencing with Capita or is it a glitch with Outlook? It's strange that all my other sent emails are still in my sent box, only the ones to Capita are missing. Thank you.

Hi anne3427
Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
Your question is an interesting question but not something I have any knowledge of, I have posted it to the forum for members more IT literate than myself who may be able to answer.

Hi anne3427,
I doubt Capita have such technology to make emails disappear from your Sent folder. It sounds more like a glitch.
I’d try another email provider like gmail or icloud. You can also bcc (blind carbon copy) to another one of your email addresses when you next send them an email. That way your other email address will have a copy of the email you sent.
I hope that helps somewhat.
Best wishes,
Josh
