Hi, I have explained I have 3 stoma bags following serious surgical problems. I also have PTSD , depression and anxiety. On review in 2019 I received 0 points for planning and following a journey. On MR I received 12 points . I now have a further review form to complete. Can I refer to the letter I did for mandatory reconsideration or do I need to explain it all in detail again. Basically I don’t go out unaided as I get too stressed, I have constant problems with the bags leaking etc and the thought of going anywhere on my own is too distressing as I’m always fearful of becoming ill or the bags leaking.. if I do go out my husband takes me. I wrote that last time thiugh and got 0 points yet on MR they increased it to 12, the only additional information I added was a letter confirming PTSD and basically repeating my problems. There seems so much inconsistency in decisions. What do you advise please ?
One thing you should not do is tick the box stating no change without any explanation. If you need more space to write an answer use extra pages, make sure you add your name and NI number, also number the extra pages.
