State Pension Age was created by Ryan

Is it right that when my wife turns 66 in April her PIP will be replaced by Attendance Allowance, She currently has on ongoing award for PIP

Hi Ryan

No it isn't correct. Your wife's PIP will continue beyond the state pension age. People who do not have a PIP award before the state pension age apply for Attendance Allowance.

hi, as your wife has a current pip claim that was started before her pension age her pip will continue to be paid .
