hello all, please could someone advise on whats the best number number to call when you have been waiting for backpay after be put on lcwra group and still waiting for arrears money been waiting now just over 8 weeks for money thank you also whats the normal time for waiting for the money thank you
LCWRA comes under UC so the best people to phone would be the UC helpline: 0800 328 5644 / 5646 / 9344, I have three contact numbers for UC helpline, the 5644 is the one I frequently use.
Its usually 5 to 8 weeks, but I would chase for peace of mind.
