I phoned DWP on Friday enquiring the status of my PIP review. It’s been 8 weeks since I sent off my forms. Was told by the call handler that my case was with the Case Manager and no decision had been made yet. Can anyone advise me at what stage the Case Manager looks at a case, does this mean I am near the end and a decision could be made soon , I have not by the way had an a face to face/phone assessment yet.
