I am an appointee for my son who is started first year in college. I had telephone assessment with health professional on 22nd November 2021 and would like to request copy of assessment for my son work capability. I spoke to Health Assessment Centre and they gave an email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I try email my request, but had delivery failed and email not recognised. Can anyone know correct email address or I need call to DWP myself and ask copy of assessment over phone.
Unlike a PIP assessment where you can ask for a copy of the assessors report 48 hrs after the assessment, with a WCA you cannot get a copy of the assessment until a decision has been made.
