Hi, I claim ESA and standard PIP (for both Mobility and daily living needs) for my long-term condition (M.E./CFS). I have lived alone for many years, however my housing situation has become very stressful the last few years due to problems with my neighbours and noise issues which are ongoing and are unlikely to be resolved. As a result of this I have considered moving back home to live with my dad, who lives in another city. My father has severe heart failure and receives various benefits too. He also lives alone. If I move in with him, is this likely to affect his benefits and also is it likely to trigger a reassessment of my own case? My PIP review is due in 2023.
I'm afraid your question is outside the scope of the forum. You need to talk to a specialist benefits advisor - so they can look at what benefits you both receive and give you an answer.

I hope you get the answers you need.
