So I got a reply from dwp they have said they can supersede an award on the basis of a new medical report and they sent 2 judgments one from 2015 and one from 2016. So my question is where do I go from here even though the basis of superseding the award was based on the 2016 report that subsequently overturned at tribunal….
I'm sorry, but I can't answer your question. I know that you have been trying to get information from the DWP and they aren't responding to the specific questions you have asked, but now I'm confused about where you are and what you want from the DWP. I did look at some of your previous posts, but I wasn't able to make it out. Please could you just say again and we'll see if we can help. Which award do you want to appeal against?
