I have had a letter to say I have a Telephone Assessment on 9th December at 9am. But I cannot see why I have to have this for due to my PIP Review May 2022. Will the call just be a review or will I have to go through it all again?
The DWP review PIP up to a year before the due date - which for you is May 2022. This means that it is acceptable. However, if you have not had the opportunity to complete a review form, I would be contacting the DWP to ask why not. You also need to be given 7 working days notice for a telephone assessment - so if you haven't had that time - you could ask them for a new date.
