Have waited now a week for someone to answer my query as my housing costs were wrongly paid for December is this normal before I moved my queries were answered in a matter of hours or the next day at the latest on my universal credit journal so how do you go about making a complaint I was in esa support before transferring over some of my payment is made through universal credit and some of my esa fortnightly
Everything is done via your UC journal, if it has not been answered then write another message on your journal ask what the hold up is, if still no joy then contact UC helpline: 0800 328 9344 / 5646 /5644
