Hello I have been in the support group since 2017 and get ESA fortnightly, it has not gone in my bank since 17th November and I have had no correspondence from the DWP. I am on the autistic spectrum so phone calls are difficult and I have no one to make them for me. Can anyone advise what might be going on? Thanks
I am afraid that you will have to contact ESA and ask, if you cannot contact ESA yourself then you will have to get someone to contact them for you, but you will have to be with them when they phone due to GDPR.
The best time to contact ESA enquiryline: 0800 169 0310 is first thing in the morning, you usually do not have to wait to long before the phone is answered.
