After the court in November decided for claimants that not giving the £20 uplift to legacy ESA was discriminatory has there been any news of government action?
I was at a meeting yesterday when your question came up, at present the case is being heard in the High Court, which ever side looses it may then go to Court of Appeal and then to Supreme Court, so we could be looking at 18 months before we have a final decision.
