Hi, Is anyone else having problems with no replies to Journal Entries posted on the UC claim? We have now sent 8 journal entries (plus 2 phone calls to the UC Claim Helpline) firstly requesting that my daughter's appointee granted by the DWP for her PiP claim be recognised for her UC claim with no response, and secondly requesting that a 'First Commitments' appointment scheduled for Monday 13th Dec be rearranged/changed as she is non-verbal due to autism and also has a SpLD. She has a sick note from the GP valid for 3 months, yet the JobCentre is still insisting that she attend this 'First Commitments' appointment in person and on her own. I have emailed my MP for assistance but am just not getting any response from anyone. I'm at my wits end. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Many thanks
