I'm sorry that you felt your telephone assessment went badly. You can ring the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report. It's called a PA4. This will give you an idea of how the assessment went and the assessor's recommendations. The award is based on the assessment and the evidence that you have provided. If you decide to get the report and you are not happy with what is written you have a small window of time to write to the decision maker. This will be a tiny window as it is already three weeks since your assessment.
