Hi, i had a very similar, and just as ridiculous ME response. An example being 'you drive and so must have passed a theory test, so clearly have no cognitive issues' I simple wrote as part of my appeal 'yes, I do have a driving licence, however I took my test 4 years before I had the brain bleed and surgery to fix it, which caused my cognitive difficulties' that's just one example. Take every sentence they wrote in your original descision letter and your Mr notice, and sentence by sentence explain why it is wrong. Keep calm, take your time and make it as factual as possible. You will be asked what you are appealing against? Simple the lack of or level of award and why you disagree, this is where you take the descision makers letter apart sentence by sentence. Write as much as you like thete is no limit to how much you can type. At the end write for each descriptor what point you feel your daughter should have scored. I had my descision changed in my favour by the dwp before going to tribunal hearing. Good luck. Feel free to contact me if you need anything else x
