Hi everyone, I’m a bit confused with the letter I received this morning. The DWP have been asked to carry out assessment in relation to my benefit claim. I was receiving ESA or maybe universal credit but when I started work on 15 October 2021 I informed both departments. ESA and universal credit. The assessment is a work capability assessment. I am baffled by this . Can anyone shed some light on what this could be.. Kind Regards Teresa Ferguson
It sounds like a standard computer-generated letter. You need to just ring them and remind them that you are working and you have already informed them.
