Hello!
I tried to use Adobe Reader recently and it looks like it is now a subscription service at £15.17 a month. So how do we all complete our ESA50s? I've had some success with Xodo pdf

Hi Kevin

I am sorry but I cannot answer your question as IT is not my forte.

I am sure that members on the forum will be able to give you advice on how to overcome your problem, are you able to down load the file in a word doc?

If you are looking for a free version of Adobe Acrobat reader then you can try an "old version" that should be free to use. www.oldversion.com/windows/acrobat-reader/

Hope this helps

Hello! This is a good suggestion, which I will try. It used to be quite easy to complete an ESA50 using Adobe and this has always been the method recommended by the DWP. There needs to be a standard alternative to Adobe as the subscription cannot be purchased for 1 month only and claimants cannot be expected to complete an ESA50 at great expense
