Help PIP review

Hi Janice,

I fully understand your fears. These things seem to take forever and we have no control over timing. However, in my experience when the review cannot be completed by the due date (due to workload at DWP) they normally automatically extend the period and should write to you confirming this and the continuation of payments.

It doesn’t look like they’ve lost your review as they were able to give you a status update so there should be no reason why they won’t extend should they need to.

A small note for you is that if you have any further information for them which has come to light since your original submission in May21 you should submit that as soon as possible making sure you keep a copy.
