There is a bit about the £20 legacy uplift in this weeks B&W newsletter, it states that there has been no decision made yet.

Hi dontt,

I know it’s not ideal but in cases like these it’s not unusual for the judgement to take some time due to the case being of importance to hundreds of thousands of people.

Sadly, we just have to wait and hope that the judgement binds the DWP to pay the claimants what they are owed.
