I'm kindly looking for further help regarding the PIP Tribunal process. Months down the line after original submission we recently added further evidence. We have just received a letter from HMCTS with what looks like a reply from the DWP. It is unclear if it is a copy of their response or the actual HMCTS themselves?
This is a continuing source of stress and triggering epilepsy symptoms as I still don't have a date. Is there a clear way to know what this latest letter means and what it does for my appeal.
What happens when you send in additional support letters to HMCTS, they will send copies to the DWP, they will also send copies to you, they usually have a number on them so that you can add them to the bundle of documents you should have received from the DWP.
