How are you meant to answer the questions if there is no change?
Do you leave the "tell us if something has changed and approximately when" blank?
I'm finding this new review form a pain and i cant find much info on it on this website.

There is guidance on how to fill out the review form in the Guide to PIP Claims and Review from page 124 and it answers the questions you ask.
