Hi, Im still waiting to hear back after sending in my new claim for PIP. They sent a text/SMS on 13th January to say they had received it so I guess I am now waiting for an assessment date. (and kind of over thinking and stressing about what horrors may lie ahead) I'm presuming this will most likely be via a phone appointment, but I dont know how to record a call on my phone (Google Pixel 4a with Android 12). I've looked at my phone settings and there is no Call Recording option like what some other countries have on this phone and I've also looked at different apps, most seem to be American so I dont know if they will work in the UK (judging by the reviews) so what app, if any, do people use? As I dont want to fork out for a device that may only be used a handful of times.
