Wonder if you could help me? My original pip claim in 2013,I was awarded enhanced mobility. Planning and following journeys 4 points . I need prompting to undertake any journey due to severe anxiety and stress. This was removed in 2015 at assesement even though I was still unable to go out . I appealed but it was not upheld . I recently had to reapply and although I was not awarded enhanced mobility again. I sent in a mandatory reconsideration this was refused so I applied to the tribunal before it got to trial I was awarded enhanced mobility . Should I ask for my award from 2015 to 2021 be looked at under the LEAP review. I’ve tried to have a look and work it out for myself but it’s very complicated Thank you
Mobility Decisions made before 28.11.16 will not be reviewed,
Claimants who have been in receipt of the enhanced [rate of both components of] PIP since the judgment date, or who have had a tribunal decision that would have considered the judgment. These cases will not be reviewed.
