Got a message from blue badge department saying that because of covid if you need a face to face assessment your application will be stalled until such time as a face to face assessment can go ahead. Is this legal as i can not believe that they can refuse you a badge because of a pandemic.
Just to say, my local coucil are giving nine weeks 'grace' after the badge end date. It might be worth you contacting your local council to find out if the same applies.
