Hi everyone I've recently sent the letter that your website kindly made up about the leap payment reference to the pip points and the being promoted by my partner, I was given 2 points but now it should be 4 points due to the court decision, I waited two weeks then I phoned the DWP they kept me on the phone waiting for 35mins before answering joke, I asked if they had received my letter which I might add was recorded delivery and signed for by them at first the lady said no so I asked are you shore because you signed for the letter, there was a pause then she said oh let me have another look oh yes it's here, I asked whats happening about it and she said she would now transfer the letter to the right department,. Can I ask if anyone has done this and how long does it take the DWP to look at it and give a result. Thankyou
We have had a number of posts here on the forum in regards to LEAP, a few members have been successful but the majority were having issues similar to yours.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a time frame, but other members here on the forum who have or are dealing with LEAP review may be able to give you more information.
