Hi again Faith, please read your letter carefully. As far as I know there is no time limit at all on asking for the PA3 or 4 -after all they just sent you out a 5-year old one didn't they? What there IS a time limit on is getting that MR request in -at least in minimum form saying you will send more reasons for it as soon as you are able to [ie when you have had time to receive and process the report (if indeed there is one) ] . The extra bits can then be after the deadline. If you do do it in two parts it is a good idea to call a little after the Post Office tracking says the second has been signed for [to allow for internal distribution/scanning], to check they have put the second letter with the first.
