Hi, I sent my claim form of on 21st January & received a msg on 28th January saying it had been received by the DWP. It said the decision letter should be received within 8 weeks. I received a very swift NO on Friday 11th Feb. I think I now need to phone them & ask them to look at it again. Can I after that if they still refuse appeal? I have M.S & firmly believe I should not be turned down. Any advise will be gratefully received. Regards Selly.
