Hi just wondering can anyone help me my pip ran out and I had to reapply then I had my phone assessment 5 weeks ago today I was phoned by capita to say they hadn’t enough evidence and I had to do the whole phone assessment again.just wondering has this happen to anyone else

Did you keepa copy of your original claim, if you did you can use this as a template, if your condition(s) have changed then explain on the application form what the changes are and how they affect you.
