Shocked to hear that the DWP won their case against Legacy Benefits and the £20 a week uplift that was paid to UC claimants during the pandemic.
2 million legacy benefit claimants missed out on this uplift and it is so discriminatory, it's surprising to see the courts ruling on this favouring the DWP.
Hopefully, there will be an appeal that will overturn this injustice
