Pip Success

My last post was regarding sending off my MR which I did but unfortunately it was not successful. Being totally stressed at this point I asked for help from my local CAB. With the help of this site and their encouragement we pushed forward for the Tribunal. Dwp were given the 23rd Feb to contact me. I then received a phone call from them today to say they were reinstating my low mobility and that my award of low care was being increased due to incorrect points for my social support. The gentleman who rang me was really understanding and said going through my notes there was never any justification for removing my mobility element. I was so relieved to hear this and not to have to go forward to the tribunal. I just want to say a massive thank you to the people who run this site and to those who post their outcomes which encourages us all to find the strength to go through this often horrendous process. I have personally thanked CAB too. It really does help to seek some support! Thanks again everyone
