PA4 form received. was created by chris_belfast
Hi folks,
PA4 form received and thanks to your guides they have scored enhanced for both.
Question is though, is that the final info required for the PIP decision maker? My partner sent her reassessment form in back in July 2021. She had her medical at the end of January and the Capita assessor has upped both mobility and daily needs to enhanced.
If that decision sticks and the PIP assessor doesn’t change it, when would it be back paid from? July 2021 or January 22?
Thanks
Chris

Hi chris_belfast
I cannot answer your post as there is not enough information to give you an accurate forecast such as was your claim a review or a change of circumstances, I have assumed it was not a new claim as you said in your post 'reassessment form'.
All I can say is many congratulations on your partners award and well done.

Hi Gary sorry I should have been more specific. She was awarded PIP previously for 3 years and then an extra year due to the pandemic. She was sent out a questionnaire asking was her conditions and needs still the same. It was completed for her old conditions but some new complaints were added.
Thank you for your help

Thanks for the reply Gary. She had been on PIP but received a questionnaire to ask if her needs were all still the same. That was back in July 21. Her previous conditions were the same or worse and she had a new condition to add on this time. Hope that clarifies it for you

Hi chris_belfast
As it was a review, I would say it would be from the date of the decision, if you contacted the DWP and reported a change in circumstances then it would be from when you notified DWP of a change in circumstances.
Hope that helps.
