Hi all!
I contacted the tax man to enquire about my National Insurance contributions. They tell me that I am up to date, apart from the past year of claiming Universal Credit. UC haven't been feeding through my Class 3 Benefit credits. I have contacted UC on numerous occasions and no-one can give me an answer! I've checked again with the tax man and now they tell me that they have had quite a few complaints about this. It's not for the Tax dept to request these. It's for UC to feed the credits over.
Has anyone on here had the same result?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is.

We have had a few posts on the forum with the same issue.
I would contact your MP to see if they expedite your UC credits. We have not yet had any feedback as to whether or not forum members managed to resolve the issue.

There has been a discussion on this subject on RightsNet, it would appear that they forgot to build this functionality into the UC computer system! Because paying NI Credits was never a basic requirement for UC.
