Pip 1042 review form.

Hi ALL.
I have been looking through the pip guides.
The pip 1042 review guide is nothing like the one a friend has filled in just before Christmas 2021.
His was a simple easier, harder, no change, questions.
I cannot see in the pip guides anything that resembles this form or have i missed something or is this a new form that the pip guides have not covered yet?
The reason i ask this is because my review will be coming up sometime soon and i want to read and polish up as much as possible ready for my pip renew form landing.

We have a new guide which was published this month, if you go to page 125 there is a section on the review form.
I treat all review forms as if it was a new claims form, I would advise you if you write no change to explain how your condition affects you. If you kept a copy of your original claim then copy the details on to the review form. The boxes are smaller in which case use extra pages but remember to number the pages and write your name and NINO on each page.
The new PIP claims form does look different from the old PIP claims form. it was released by The DWP in January 2021.

Hi Karlgixer, long and short, do not be fooled and I hope your friend wasn't. By making it look this way it is easier for them to bump people off/onto-lower- benefit. This is why you should carefully follow Gary's advice. It's a way of filtering out people who are scared to attach extra sheets etc.

O yes i will be filling it in as though it is a fresh claim and i have kept my DLA to PIP claim form for reference.
Also is the new PIP review form available in pdf ? (as when i filled my move over claim form i was given a link by one of the Mods to ask for the form in pdf).

Yes i will treat the review form like a fresh claim.
Can we still get the form in pdf?
When i got my dla to pip form i was sent an email address by admin on here to ask for the form in pdf so i could fill it in and print off on my pc.

I am not aware of getting the form in PDF format, you could contact DWP and ask.
If not print the answers on a paper and cut them out and stick them on the form, make sure you keep a copy of the completed form and send it by recorded delivery.
