Review form

Just to let you know that I completed my pip review form, it wasn’t easy..
This was returned 2 weeks ago. Not received acknowledgement of it being received.
However, I did send it recorded delivery so I know it has arrived with in time limit and been signed for.
Just like many of you it’s been so stressful especially when already having to deal with longterm health conditions that are ongoing with no improvement affecting our daily lives.
On top of this a new diagnosis for me of having fibromyalgia, yet another chronic pain health condition to add to my already long list.. wiping out my energy levels, causing severe fatigue...and being bed ridden for days.
This affecting my cognitive function that I can’t think clearly or remember stuff I’ve read seconds ago as well as difficulty with word finding...
So you can imagine completing pip forms has been extremely stressful and has taken what seemed forever to complete..

I followed your guides to the best of my ability given that my brain don’t work like it did, a disadvantage when I need it most.

I included the past three yrs and up to date medical evidence including conformation of my fibromyalgia diagnosis, pre existing and ongoing health conditions consultants letters 40 plus....

So it’s now a waiting game.....
Can someone clarify what is the difference between a pip renewal and pip review...
Thank you to everyone for the support and answering my previous postings, my concerns, worries and nearly giving up on it and shredding the lot....
