Anyone able to give me advice regarding the changes to PIP and the leap letter I live in Scotland and I have been totally mislead by PIP I'm so lost and upset. The call back from a case manager to discuss/ explain my loved ones leap letter, well the call was actually a mandatory review and I wasn't told it was until the end of the call but what's worse is my loved one does qualify for pip changes / more points etc. Can anyone please help me Thank you
