Hello, please could anyone have a reply for me, I’ve done my review form but not heard a word from them, if I was to telephone them would they be able to tell me if it was nearly ready as my blue badge are asking about a up to date letter. Thankyou.
They will be able to tell you at what stage your review is, but they may only be able to give you an approximate time when it will be completed. I don't know how long you have been waiting, but some are taking as many as 24 weeks.
