i am sure this has been asked before so sorry in advance
i am just about to send my review form off, i went for a appointment with the muskoskeletal team and waiting for the report and it might turn up in a week or so. when i recieve it can i send it to them for extra evidence ?. if so, how ?. thanks in advance

Hi freddey,
If you have enough time, then it's best to send everything together. If not then send in your review, and then send in the extra report when it arrives. Send it with a covering letter including your name and NI Number on each page.
I suspect it won't matter, to send the report in late as there are many delays at DWP at present. You may wish to phone DWP a week or so after sending in the extra report to ensure that it has arrived and has been put with hour other papers. You might wish to ask how long the decision might be. You may not get an answer, but you can try!
Don't worry about asking repeat question. The whole claims process is quite confusing, and if you are uncertain we are always here to help!

Hi freddey,
Just to say; I've bombarded the DWP's doormat numerous times over the years with additional evidence after I've sent in my review forms.
It's never been a problem but I've always phoned them after a week(ish) to make sure they've been added to my file.
