I am currently filling out a DLA claim form and its different to the one I filled out last year for my other son. It means using the Benefits and Works Guide is not so helpful.
Do you at Benefits and Work know anything about this new format of the DLA form? Are there any guides or advice for completing it please?

The DLA guides were updated in November 2021. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/dla Can you give us any details of this new form and what has changed? Is there a reference number on the bottom of the form?
