Hi Simonalex
Your question is outside the scope of this forum, but I am sure if you google for private medical services in your area you may be able to find one. If you're going to invest in getting one, make sure you do your research well and know that they will give you the sort of report you want.

Be aware, the Tribunal panel may not accept this evidence in regard to your appeal, their Decision can only be based on your conditions and limitations as they were on the day that the Decision was made and a report from a doctor that you have not seen before will struggle to provide a link back to this date, even if the doctor is willing to provide one in the first place.
