SSCS1 form was created by Jelena
Hello! I have sent the SSCS1 form to DWP on 7 February 2022 by a post office. They got it on 11 February 2022, as it was signed. How long do I have to wait for the response from them? Thank you

Hi Jelena
I was speaking to HMCTS last week who informed me that correspondance is taking 5 days to be added on to their system.
As it is now over 5 days I would contact HMCTS and ask them, make sure you have either their reference number or your national insurance number handy when you speak to them.

Hi Gary!
I have sent this form only for DWP as I have not been gotten a Reconsideration Notice for one month from the Mandatory letter I got on 28 April last year.
Following your advice on this website, I could not appeal to Tribunal with no Reconsideration Notice.

Hi Jelena
I am a bit lost with your post, when you say Mandatory letter you got in April last year.
I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation and take all your paperwork with you including if you have one a copy of your SSCS1 form.
You can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies. advicelocal.uk
