PIP Award Review Form was created by stellamellor
Help please!
I have just received a PIP Awards Review Form to complete. In each section, the first question is "Tell us if something has changed and approximately when." Nothing at all has changed with my situation since I was awarded PIP in 2019. It then asks how I manage this activity now, including the use of any aids that I need."

If nothing has changed, do I need to provide them again with exactly the same information I gave them in my original form? They will already have all that information. Having dealt with the DWP for a while now, I am of the opinion to just treat this Review Form like a totally new claim and start again from scratch but any help or information from anyone would be most gratefully received!!

Many Thanks

Hi StellaMellor

We don't advise that you leave the form blank even if nothing has changed. You would be advised to look at our latest guide and follow the advice there to fill out your form. Information is on page 125 onwards. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip#claims
