Hi, is there an absolute time limit for asking for a mandatory reconsideration of a pip decision if you have missed the one month deadline and have a good reason for doing so.
The absolute time limit is 13 months from the date of the decision letter, I have on a few occasions applied for a MR 12 months after the decision letter and been successful especially when the claimant suffers from mental health issues.
