I have been awarded PIP twice but both times through the appeal process, how do I get the review form right this time if DWP look back at my old forms and judge my claim on their results? Do I answer questions as if I was filling out a claim? Very limited space for every question.
The DWP should judge your review on the most recent form. You can write as much as you need to on separate pieces of paper and include them with the form. Just make sure that you have your name and NI number and the question number on each piece of paper. You can also include a copy of your last judgement at the tribunal.
How much do you write? It is up to you. Some people write very little and some people write a lot and act as if it was the first time they had put in for a claim. Have a look at the section in our Guide to PIP claims and reviews and the guidance on completing review forms.
